Hi, I’m new to BrainSuite. I am trying to run BDP on the sample data but I’ve run into the following:

Reading input flags...

Checking input files...
Error using copyfile
Access is denied.

Error in bdp_setup (line 759)

Error in BrainSuite_Diffusion_pipeline (line 13)

MATLAB:COPYFILE:OSError

I’m assuming it’s a permissions error. I’ve tried changing the permissions on bdp.exe to allow everything but that didn’t work.

Any help is appreciated!

Edit: Issue is resolved just had to run cmd as Admin…
