Connectivity normalization

  Hi,
  
  If I am using the connectivity matrix to compare different ROIs, how are these values normalized? Are they normalized using the diagonal value (the number of tracks that intersect any ROI) or the maximum value of tracks intersecting a particular ROI pair?

  Could you provide a little more details so that we could help you? Which connectivity matrix are you saving? Do you mean the one in Menu: File–>Save Connectivity Matrix
