I have a few of questions regarding the connectivity matrix following BDP.

1) What is the threshold that is used for the matrix graphic? FA? NOS? Track length?
2) How can I change the metrics of the matrix? When I change the settings of the track length threshold, it decreases my number of tracks (which is expected), but when I compute the connectivity matrix, it says that it is analyzing the original number of tracks and appears to be disregarding the track length threshold.
3) Is there anyway to easily change the diagonal to 0 when saving the connectivity matrix? This one is less important, but would be a lot easier if there was a script that could do this rather than changing 100 points on each participants matrix by hand.
