I tried for the first time to compute cortical thickness using Brainsuite (17a) on a iMAC (high sierra). During the “Commute Thickness” process (started from GUI) I get a warning (Input too may not be achievable by PCG, Try to use a bigger tolerance -> in pcg(line88) in thicknessPVC (line 159). Should I try to run this process from the command line? Is there a possibility to change the tolerance (should I?). Thanks for your input and help! Usually, it does not cause any problems, it is just a precaution. Author Posts You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
