command line for Compute Tracks

  Is there a way that I can “Compute Tracks,” “Compute Connectivity,” and save the connectivity matrix through the command line?

  We have these tools in development/testing, but we haven’t released them yet. I’m hoping to include them with BrainSuite16a, which should be out in the next few weeks.
