Can I use standard atlas for BDP process.

      Hello,

      I am curious if I can use the standard atlas image in BrainSuite15c/svreg/BrainSuiteAtlas1 folder for my participants’ DWI image registration using BDP process. I want to compare the FA values of corticospinal tract

      Here is my command:

      bdp mri.bfc.nii.gz –odf –tensor –nii subject_DTI.nii.gz -g subject.bvec -b subject.bval
