Is there any chance to receive the coordinates of each of the ROIs of the BCI-DNI_brain_atlas? Or download the atlas (together with its coordinates)? Our lab is trying to import the atlas into another imaging software to conduct connectome analyses, for which this would be an important tool.
Thanks for your quick help, I found it. Is there also a .txt / .xml or .atlas file available? If not, what’s the best way to convert it into either of these formats?
I’m sorry I don’t think we provide what you are looking for. There are 2 xml files included with the download for ROI and sulcal description but does not have information on the coordinates of those regions.
